Welcome to jurowl. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jurowl platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Mepost, INC. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using jurowl, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using jurowl, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
jurowl is an AI-powered debate and consensus platform that enables users to submit questions or tasks to multiple artificial intelligence models, which then engage in structured debate to reach consensus or provide comprehensive analysis.
2.1 Core Features
- Multi-AI debate sessions with various language models
- Question analysis and task completion through AI consensus
- Public and private debate options
- Real-time streaming of AI responses
- Final reports with confidence scores and analysis
- Voting and community features on public debates
2.2 Service Tiers
We offer multiple subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise) with varying features, debate limits, and capabilities. Specific tier features are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time.
2.3 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

- Enterprise SSO/SAML (for Enterprise tier)
4. Subscriptions & Payments
4.1 Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
4.2 Pricing
Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
4.3 Free Trial
We may offer free trials for paid tiers. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
4.4 Refunds
Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for information about refunds and cancellations. Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy.
4.5 Taxes
Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your subscription, except for taxes based on our net income.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Permitted Uses
You may use jurowl for:
- Legitimate research and analysis
- Decision-making support
- Educational purposes
- Content creation and ideation
- Professional and business use within your subscription tier
5.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory content
- Create content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
- Generate misinformation or disinformation intended to deceive
- Produce content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or circumvent AI model safeguards
- Use automated systems to abuse the Service beyond normal usage patterns
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5.3 Content Guidelines
Public debates are visible to all users. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions comply with these Terms and do not contain sensitive personal information, confidential business data, or inappropriate content.
5.4 Rate Limits
Each subscription tier has specific limits on debates, models, and rounds. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary restrictions or require an upgrade.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and branding (excluding user-submitted content and AI-generated outputs), is owned by Mepost, INC. and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of the questions, context, and other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display such content solely for providing and improving the Service.
6.3 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI models through the Service ("Generated Content") is provided for your use subject to these Terms. You may use Generated Content for lawful purposes, but you acknowledge that:
- Generated Content may be similar to content generated for other users
- We do not claim ownership of Generated Content
- Generated Content is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or fitness
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Generated Content before use
6.4 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.
7. AI Services & Third Parties
7.1 Third-Party AI Providers
jurowl integrates with multiple third-party AI providers, including but not limited to:
- OpenAI (GPT models)
- Google (Gemini models)
- DeepSeek
- xAI (Grok models)
Your use of jurowl may be subject to additional terms from these providers. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or outputs of third-party AI services.
7.2 AI Limitations
AI models may produce inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate outputs. You acknowledge that:
- AI responses should not be relied upon as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
- AI outputs may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information
- Consensus among AI models does not guarantee accuracy or correctness
- You should independently verify important information
7.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is handled according to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.
8. Privacy & Data
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may use anonymized and aggregated data from debates to improve our Service, develop new features, and for research purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT LIMITATION
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MEPOST, INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service, including AI-generated content
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mepost, INC. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights
- Any content you submit to the Service
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
12.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination: (a) your license to use the Service terminates; (b) we may delete your account and data; (c) outstanding fees become immediately due; (d) provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
