The rules for using Jurowl.

1. Who this agreement is between

These terms are an agreement between you and Jurowl ("we", "us") governing your use of jurowl.com and any subdomains, APIs, feeds, or services we provide (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

2. What Jurowl is

Jurowl is an independent directory of public Telegram channels and groups. We index information that is publicly available on Telegram, supplement it with our own editorial metadata, and present it for discovery. We are not affiliated with Telegram FZ-LLC.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Service if you are at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction required to enter into a contract). The Service is not directed at children under 13. Listings may contain content that is unsuitable for minors; readers are expected to use their own judgement.

4. Submissions

When you submit a channel for indexing, you confirm that the channel is public, that you are not submitting it in violation of any law or third-party right, and that any descriptive text you provide is yours to share. You grant Jurowl a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display the submission, modify it editorially for clarity, and make it available through the Service. You retain all ownership of the underlying channel and its content.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape the Service at a rate that materially affects its operation;
• republish substantial portions of our editorial content without attribution;
• submit channels that exist primarily to traffic illegal content, malware, or fraud;
• impersonate another channel owner or submit on their behalf without authorisation;
• attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or anti-abuse measures.

6. Third-party content

The Service displays excerpts and metadata derived from Telegram channels owned by third parties. Inclusion of a channel in our directory is not an endorsement. We do not control the content posted on those channels and disclaim responsibility for it. If you believe a listing is inaccurate, infringing, or harmful, please contact us using the address below and we will review it promptly.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, source code, editorial text, taxonomy, rankings methodology, and aggregated statistics, is owned by Jurowl and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may link to any public page on Jurowl. You may not reproduce the Service's code or aggregated data sets for commercial use without our written permission.

8. Advertising

The Service may display advertising provided by third-party networks. Ads are clearly distinguishable from editorial content. Click behaviour and impressions may be measured by those networks under their own terms; see our privacy policy for details.

9. Accounts

Certain features require signing in. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity performed under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that listings, metrics, or rankings are free from error, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that any specific channel will remain listed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jurowl will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed one hundred United States dollars.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
