1. Subscription Plans

jurowl offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Free: $0/month - Basic access with limited features
  • Pro: $12.99/month - Unlimited debates with premium features
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing - For teams and organizations

2. No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Unused portion of subscription period
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content
  • Change of mind
  • Failure to cancel before renewal

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to paid features until the billing period ends
  • Your account will be downgraded to the Free tier after cancellation
  • No refunds are issued for the remaining period

4. Exceptions

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Charges made after successful cancellation
  • Service completely unavailable for extended periods (7+ consecutive days)
